If I switch to Zoom this problem does not exists at all.it appears that Teams determines the cancellation only at the start of the call as well because once there is echo i can turn the fan off and the echo remains. If i turn the fan on after I have joined 8 out of 10 times every thing is fine. I've tried low, medium, high, auto suppression and none of these make teams cancel continuous back ground noise without impacting echo for other callers. If I join the meeting without the fan on everything is fine. If I now answer or call a meeting and have the fan running Teams essentially just provides almost 100% echo to the meeting for when ever anyone else talks.
